There is an old saying uttered by the late social swan Gloria Guinness in 1963 in which she scrutinized the origin of elegance, that is, “in the brain as well as the body and in the soul,” but with all due respect, as in this particular case, I would add that elegance also has its roots in blood. I too would reason myself for saying such a notion, from Isabella Rossellini who inherited her elegance from screen icon Ingrid Bergman, to Chanel-clad Princess Caroline from her mother Princess Grace Kelly, and in this very case Mesty Ariotedjo from Arti Ariotedjo.

Mesty Ariotedjo is the only daughter of Arie Prabowo Ariotedjo and Arti Ariotedjo, she has an older brother, Aryo, and a younger brother, Ditto. The family maintains a strong and firm hold on religious values that are indispensable to harmonious life.

She was debuted at Yayasan Jantung Indonesia fundraising Debutante last February alongside bright young things Cecilia Jessica Sadikin, Roberta Wachjo, and Gracia Maryulis among others. A true Indonesia’s sweetheart, she opted a national university to prepare and educate herself for a future career she has long dreamed, a physichian.

R.I.P ALEXANDER MCQUEEN

ALEXANDER MCQUEEN has died. The tragic news has been confirmed this afternoon by his office. The 40-year-old designer, known as Lee, was widely regarded as one of the most talented of his generation.

"On behalf of Lee McQueen's family, Alexander McQueen today announces the tragic news that
Lee McQueen, the founder and designer of the Alexander McQueen brand has been found dead at his home," his office announced. "At this stage it is inappropriate to comment on this tragic news beyond saying that we are devastated and are sharing a sense of shock and grief with Lee's family.

Lee's family has asked for privacy in order to come to terms with this terrible news and we hope the media will respect this."

Vogue editor Alexandra Shulman paid tribute to McQueen this afternoon: "Lee McQueen influenced a whole generation of designers. His brilliant imagination knew no bounds as he conjured up collection after collection of extraordinary designs. At one level he was a master of the fantastic, creating astounding fashion shows that mixed design, technology and performance and on another he was a modern day genius whose gothic aesthetic was adopted by women the world over. His death is the hugest loss to anyone who knew him and for very many who didn't."

Born in the East End in 1970, McQueen studied at Central Saint Martins and trained on Savile Row where he famously wrote messages in the linings of suits being made for HRH The Prince of Wales. Once the enfant terrible of British fashion, he graduated to being one of Britain's most internationally successful and was named British Designer of the Year in 1996 when he was just 27, in 1997 (when he won it jointly with John Galliano), in 2001 and in 2003.

Close to his mother and father, a taxi driver, McQueen often paid tribute to them and admitted that the only reason he discarded his natural rebellion and accepted a CBE from the Queen in 2003 was to please them. He was devastated by the death of his mother earlier this month.

17 Again is a 2009 American comedy film from New Line Cinema directed by Burr Steers. The film was released in the United States on April 17, 2009. It was released on DVD and Blu-ray on August 11, 2009.

The Devil Wears Prada is a 2006 comedy-drama film, a loose screen adaptation of Lauren Weisberger's 2003 novel of the same name. jam 11.00 gw ma nyokap (alaaah biasa juga emak) pergi sarapan gitu di deket rumah.
terus terus abis kenyang dan perud membuncit pulang deeeh tuu ke rumah.
eeeh niad baik gw muncul buat bantuin bokap ngescan gambar buat dikirimin ke kakak gw.
ya udah deh tu ya gw pergi pake motor, pikiran gw sih biar cepet gitu makanya pake motor.
dengan busana yang udah pas demi menantang teriknya matahari gw cabut deeh tuh.
eeeh eeeh eeeh, nyampe di depan mega mall gw baru inget gw gak bawa flash disk, mapuuus. mau balik, naggung kan. ya udah gw lanjutin aja perjalanan itu, tiba-tiba ide cemerlang muncul, gw pinjem aja flash disk temen gw sekalian minjem fotocopyan KIMIA.
walaupun rumah temen gw itu jauh bangeeed (rumahnya di jeranding masuk lagi), tapi teteub gw jabanin deeeh demi mendapatkan flash disk pinjaman.
ternyata oh ternyata, flash disk temen gw dipinjem temen gw satu lagi, baguuuuus.
ya udah deh tu ya, gw nyoba nelponin temen-temen gw yang lain yang rumahnya deket situ, eeeeh, pada gak diangkat malah ada yang mati.
akhirnya gw cuma minjem fotocopyan deeh tuu.
ya udah tuu ya gw ke rumah temen gw satu lagi yang rumahnya ga jauh dari situ, udah gw manggil-manggil ga jelas kayak anak minta makan dan mantabnya lagi, flash disk nya di pake.
yaaaaaaaaah.
terus terus gw lanjud ajj deh tu perjalanan, gw udah mikir pake CD ajj. tapi gw mikir lagi, sayang kali duitnya, cuma buat masukin 1 foto ajj ampe beli CD. ya udah deeeh gw nepi tuuh di jalan guna menelpon temen gw yang rumahnya ga jauh dari situ. dan ternyata gak diangkat sob. baguslaaaaaaaaaah.
akhirnya gw berfikir untuk nekat ajj datang ke rumah dia.
alhamdullilah, dia ada di rumah dan mau meminjamkan flash disknya. terimakasiiiih, dan dia juga ngasi gue minum, hhha.... aku senang sekaaaaaaaliiii. di terik matahari jam 12.00 kota Pontianak akhirnya aku minum jugaaaa.
akhirnya gw dateng ke warned deee buat ngescan tuu gambar. terus pulang ke rumah.

hari minggu melelahkan

hari minggu ini sungguh-sungguh melelahkan.
bayangkan pagi pagi sebelum ayam berkokok mata gue mesti melotot.
gak kayak hari biasanya, biasanya bangun ajj baru jam 08.00 am.
hiaaa. mau gimana lagi. hari ini gw mesti pergi ke mempawah kota berseri yang dari pontianak kota bersinar kira-kira 2 jam untuk menempuhnya.
walaaaa. dengan idung meler begini gue mesti nyiapin makanan pagi-pagi, mandi dengan males-malesan.
dan jam 06.00 gue pergi ke sekolah tercinta ituh.
engingeng. eeeeh eeeeh. kok skolah masih sepi yaaaa?
ternyata kebanyakan pada ngared. kalau tau gitu gue perginya lama lama.
dan bis yang mau ngangkutin kita kita (yang aneh bin ajaib) belum dateeeeng. haaaa?
eeeeh. sekali dateeeng, bisnya hancuuur abiiis.
katanya baguuuus. ternyata guru-guru yang saya hormati telah berbohong kepada kami.
kami anak anak yang imut nan malang ini pun harus menerima kenyataan dengan lapang dada.
perjalanan pun dimulai dengan riang gembira kami bernyanyi di bis yang indah itu.
sesampainya di tujuan, duuuuuh, gak sesuai bayangan yaaaaaa.
udah baru nyampe, dengan hidung yang meler gue dan yang lain mesti ngelilingin tambak ikan seluas enam hektar (6 hektar). apaaaaaaaaaaaaa?
dengan matahari yang teriiik itupun kita berkeliling, gue keringetaaaan abeeees. baju gue basaaah. mana badan mulai membau lagi.
trus trus trus, perlu ya pake acara nyebrang* parit berlumpur? alhasil kaki gue masuk ke lumpur itu.

trus pake acara ke pantai yang sepi lagi. mana ujaaaan.

setelah itu, akhirnya waktu untuk kita pulaaang.

hari minggu ini begitu membuat diriku tersiksa.
bangun pagi jam 06.00 (rajiiin yeaaa).

abis itu cuci muka langsung deh nongkrong di depan tv. nonton yang ga jelas.
jam 07.00 diajakin ama amam mam bubuy di BLKI.
udah gitu beli cemilan di deket kaisar.
nyampe di rumah nonton crayon sinchan deee.
jam 11.30 baru dee gw mandi. dengan wangi yang teramat sangat gw siab-siab pergi ke dr. gigi.
eeeeeh... ternyata ladies and gentleman di dr. gigi sudah banyak yang ngantri untuk di siksa.
termasuk gw yang berwajah lugu nan polos ini.

alhasil giliran gw tiba. jereng jereng......
gw duduk di kursi pasien lalu membuka mulut gue yang sexy ini lebar lebaaar.

one nightmare

break up with boyfriend is the most disaster of my life. because i love him like crazy. my mom said, we as a girl, must be patient and strong to face the break up. yeeaaa... that's true. but, i can't foget him as fast as possible. maybe, one day i can forget and enjoy the life like usually. huuum...
i wish it wiil not happen again in ma life.
